The Role

As an Education Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing and securing top-quality teaching and support staff for primary, secondary, and SEND schools across London. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in education recruitment while working alongside a highly skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

Searching for and contacting potential candidates via online job boards. Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates. Writing professional candidate profiles tailored to school requirements. Editing and updating CVs. Preparing compliance documentation to meet legal and regulatory standards. Managing the pre-registration online database. Handling administrative tasks to support office operations.
