About Us Connect Exec is a specialist SEND consultancy partnering with local authorities across the UK. We’re looking for an experienced HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist to complete Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs) and provide high-quality statutory advice to support children and young people with SEND.

Key Responsibilities Deliver psychological advice for EHCNAs under the Children and Families Act (2014) , following the SEND Code of Practice. Carry out consultations, observations, and assessments of cognitive and emotional development. Collaborate with schools, families, and multi-agency teams to gather evidence. Produce clear, evidence-based statutory reports with recommendations. Meet statutory deadlines while maintaining quality and safeguarding standards.

Essential Requirements HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist. BPS-recognised Psychology degree + Doctorate (or equivalent). Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience. ...
