Role Profile:
Due to a major new win OTIS are currently looking to recruit for an EHS Lead , to partner with the infrastructure arm of the organisation. You will need to cover Health & Safety , Environmental compliance , and Carbon Emission obligations across a competitive, ever changing organisation. Working in partnership with a London Underground/ Transport for London. As the EHS Lead you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
Health & Safety Ensure compliance with all Applicable Laws , company standards, and Good Industry Practice for safety. Develop and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) for all works and maintenance activities. Monitor and enforce compliance with Safety Breach prevention (contract defines Safety Breach as a serious violation). Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions . Ensure training and competence of all personnel in safety-critical tasks. Liaise with TfL on Access Procedures and site safety requirements. Maintain records for audits and inspections
