The infrastructure team is particularly active across the full spectrum of debt products. This includes traditional loan financings, senior debt, multi‑creditor and platform financings (both rated and unrated investment‑grade structures), as well as more complex elements of the capital structure such as Midco financings, whole‑business securitisations, IPP financings, and equity bridge loans. The practice is sector‑agnostic and spans the entire capital stack, with work covering acquisition finance, long‑term refinancing solutions, holdco and minority financings, and bespoke structured solutions. Associates are encouraged to develop a deep understanding of the underlying assets and commercial drivers behind each transaction, rather than simply focusing on documentation in isolation. Minimum of 4 PQE, with an ideal range of 5–9 PQE Infrastructure finance experience gained at a major law firm Strong technical grounding in complex financing structures Comfortable drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents Experience working across multiple jurisdictions Confident managing deal processes and supervising junior lawyers or trainees Commercial, adaptable, and client‑focused A collaborative team player who works well across all levels of seniority
