Role overview The Eightfold Design Lead is a key role responsible for driving the design and implementation of Eightfold AI solutions across client engagements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that Eightfold AI is effectively integrated into client talent processes, balancing technical solutioning with business requirements to drive successful outcomes.

Working closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and the broader Eightfold implementation team, the Eightfold Design Lead focuses on ensuring that solutions align with business needs, user experience principles, and best practices for AI-driven talent acquisition and management.

Key responsibilities

1. Eightfold AI Solution Design and Implementation - Lead the design and configuration of Eightfold AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client talent acquisition and management processes. - Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from workshops and requirement gathering to testing and deployment. - Act as the primary SME for Eightfold solutioning, ensuring the platform is optimized for client-specific needs. - Leverage best practices and knowledge from past implementations to drive efficiency, scalability and adoption
