We’re looking for an experienced Content Transformation Consultant to help us embed a new, more efficient and scalable way of creating content. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take a defined content creation model and bring it to life — working closely with our team to ensure it’s adopted, embedded, and delivering real results. You’ll play a key role in shaping how high‑quality learning content is produced at scale, while supporting and guiding the team through this transition. What You’ll Be Doing
Implementing a new end‑to‑end content creation process Translating process into practical workflows, tools, and templates Supporting and coaching the team through change Driving improvements in content quality, consistency, and speed of delivery Identifying and removing barriers to progress Working closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business priorities Monitoring progress and keeping the transformation on track Ensuring the team is set up to sustain the new way of working long‑term
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and energy to transformation. You’ll likely have:
Experience leading content, L&D, or digital transformation projects A strong understanding of instructional design and content development A track record of implementing new ways of working within teams Confidence working at both hands‑on and senior stakeholder level Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills A practical, solutions‑focused approach

The new content creation model is fully embedded The team is confident and capable in using it We see measurable improvements in:
Speed and efficiency Content quality and consistency
The foundations are in place for continued growth and scalability
