Hawk 3 Talent Solutions has a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Electrical and CAD Development Manager to lead the safe installation of capital equipment and drive site improvement projects within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment for a company based in Oakham, Rutland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with project leadership and supplier management.

You will take projects from initial brief through to successful handover, ensuring delivery on safety, cost, quality, and timelines. This is not solely an office-based role — you’ll be actively involved on the shop floor and working closely with engineering teams and suppliers.
