I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey working at a large commercial building behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks with large commercial premises
My client is looking for a 2 x Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in critical building services to work on a High profile Building at Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey carrying out maintenance.
Hours
4 days on, 4 days off - 08:00am - 18:30pm
Requirements
Apprentice Trained Mechanical / Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints. Navy Engineers Considered Package
Basic Salary of up to £48,000 20 Days Annual leave Pension Healthcare Plenty of OT Internal and External Training courses Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.
