Electrical Biased Building Services Engineer Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm Location: Central London Job Overview My client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Biased Building Services Engineer to join their team. The Electrical Biased Building Services Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining a key corporate contract in Central London.
Key Responsibilities Carry out maintenance tasks to plant on site
Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address project-specific requirements and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications and Requirements C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building services environment
Client Facing
Computer Literate
Available for overtime works including weekends
