An established and growing electrical contracting business is looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager based in Leeds, Yorkshire, Manchester, Birmingham, London or surrounding areas to oversee and deliver high-value projects ranging upwards of £1 million. There is strong potential for career growth into senior operational roles as the business continues to expand. Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical contracts from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships Plan and allocate labour resources efficiently to meet project needs Negotiate supplier rates and manage project costs Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively Prepare and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Support on-site teams to maintain high efficiency, quality, and service standards
Skills & Experience
Fully qualified electrician with 2360 Part 1 & 2 or 2330 Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition (#removed#), and 2391 Inspection & Testing Experience with Electrical Installation Condition Reports and NICEIC certification Proven track record managing people and projects successfully Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills Comfortable travelling nationally to client sites Computer literate and full UK driving licence
Desirable (not essential)
SSSTS or SMSTS NICEIC Qualified Supervisor AutoCAD experience Trimble design software experience
