Job Title: Electrical Craft Team Member\n\nLocation: Corby (NN17)\n\nSalary: up to £37,586 including shift allowance\n\nHours: 3 Shift pattern (Mornings, Afternoons, Nights)\n\nPermanent\n\nStart: ASAP\n\nEC&I Partners are looking for a skilled Electrical Craft Team Member to join our clients team and play a key role in keeping their plant running safely and efficiently. Working as part of a multi-skilled electrical team, you'll take on a mix of preventative maintenance and reactive fault-finding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an Electrician with a maintenance background wanting to make a difference to the environment and progress.

Your daily tasks will include:\n\nConducting planned and reactive maintenance across the plant to minimise downtime.\nWorking with relay control circuits, AC and DC motors, and different types of drives.\nTroubleshooting and diagnosing faults to keep production running efficiently.\nPerforming basic PLC fault-finding on Siemens S7 300, 1200, and 1500 PLCs.\nInterpreting electrical drawings and working with computerised maintenance management systems (MMS).\nIdentifying and implementing improvement projects to enhance plant reliability and performance.\nWhat You Will Need\n\nApprentice-trained or hold a Level 3 qualification such as BTEC, City & Guilds, or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering\nHeavy industrial experience\nExperience with low voltage systems, drives, and PLCs.\nCompetence in electrical fault-finding and root cause failure analysis.\nFamiliarity with SAP PM or similar maintenance management systems.\n18th Edition qualification or basic mechanical knowledge (desirable).\nThis role follows a rotating shift pattern of days, lates, and nights (Monday to Friday), so you'll need to be comfortable working different shifts.
