Main Responsibilities

Within the role of Electrical Craftsperson you will act as a key member of the Maintenance team, focusing on electrical and process control equipment across the plant. The day to day responsibilities of the role include: Prioritising safety at all times, demonstrating a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards Applying existing knowledge or quickly develop expertise in a wide range of equipment, including instrumentation, PLCs, DCS/SCADA systems, LV & HV motors, switchgear, control gear, AC & DC systems, variable speed drives, and specialised control panels Performing mechanical maintenance tasks such as bearing replacement and device alignment Be flexible with working hours, including potential weekend or split day shifts
