Job Title – Electrical Design Engineer
Location – UK
Industry – Electrical, Utilities, Gas, Instrumentation
Package – 50-60K company vehicle, pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
This is an outstanding opportunity for an electrical design engineer or instrumentation design engineer from to join a growing electrical business with long term contracts in the utilities sector.
With a rich tapestry in high level engineering and automation this business has an outstanding reputation for excellence.
Role
* Based in the office with occasional site visits
* Electrical and instrumentation design
* Using AutoCad and Amtec
* Working to DSEAR, ATEX and COMPEX standards and regulations
* Working within a small to medium sized team
* Mentoring less experienced staff
Skills and experience
* Electrical engineering degree or HND equivalent.
* Electrical design and/or instrumentation design
* Knowledge of Utilities, Gas and Energy is advantageous
* Knowledge of BS60070, ATEX, DSEARS and COMPEX is advantageous
* Ability to train and share knowledge with team members
