Job Description

You will be undertaking Electrical designs for large, complex construction projects. \n\nKey Tasks and Accountability's: \n\nProviding High level technical advice in electrical building services engineering, supporting electrical engineering in project design meeting, establishing solutions, agreeing concepts and working closely with colleagues and other design teams. \nDelivering co-ordinated design solutions to the end of projects.\nTaking an active role in developing standards and best practice to share with colleagues across the professional excellence teams in the Property & Assets business.\nMaking proposals and developing innovative solutions and proposals enhancing the M&E service, implementing agreed initiatives such as BIM.\nMaintaining effective and regular communication with senior management on all matters affecting output, progress, cost and risks.
