Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer Location: Coventry - Hybrid 3 days in the office per week Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Company A well-established engineering business delivering large-scale turnkey solutions across sectors including quarrying, aggregates, recycling, bulk handling and transport infrastructure. The company designs, builds and maintains electrical and mechanical systems that support safe, efficient and sustainable industrial production.
The Role This is a hands-on electrical design role offering real project exposure and responsibility. You will work closely with senior engineers, project teams and site teams to support projects from concept through to detailed design, construction and commissioning.
Based in the Coventry office, this role provides excellent opportunity for learning and development while contributing to major industrial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities

Produce electrical designs for large industrial and infrastructure projects

Create drawings for HV and LV power supplies, main distribution boards, MCCs, control panels, schematics and layouts

Develop key design deliverables including load lists, cable block diagrams, containment layouts, equipment lists and bills of materials
