Job Description
This role will focus on the future development of technologies, complex systems, methods and tools including research and deployment of new knowledge into Jaguar Land Rover vehicles for the Vehicle Platform Accessories team.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Lead resolution of technical conflicts
To coach team and provide technical support and leadership as and when required.
Develop & deliver consistent and efficient accessory products to cost, weight and PSW targets.
To provide specific technical expertise for projects, and input into the planning and deployment of specific new technologies, systems, tools
Conduct research into new technologies, systems and methods and tools using industry specific tools
Produce solutions for projects, and be able to apply technical subject matter expertise to new knowledge into Foundation knowledge and vehicle programs
Provide technical expertise in specialist technologies, complex systems and tools and processes
Support the development of features and designs for future vehicle solutions
Support the specific development of new technologies or systems to colleagues supporting the assigned project
