Electrical Engineer / Electrician Commercial - EC1

Location: London & within the M25

Salary: £38,000 £42,000 per annum + Overtime (DOE) + Company van & tools

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for experienced Commercial Electricians to join our established team delivering high-quality commercial projects across London. This is a permanent position offering long-term project stability, competitive pay, and clear paths for career progression.

Key Responsibilities


  • Installations & Maintenance: Carrying out comprehensive electrical works in commercial environments.
  • Power Distribution: Working on three-phase distribution systems and lateral mains upgrades.
  • Safety Lighting: Installation and testing of emergency lighting systems.
  • Containment: Professional installation of tray, trunking, conduit, and basket systems.
  • Technical Compliance: Reading and interpreting site drawings to ensure all work meets BS 7671 standards.


Requirements


  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2365 (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a commercial electrical role.
  • Card: Gold ECS Card is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of current UK wiring regulations.
  • Licence: Full UK driving licence required
