This role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background and experience in critical environments such as data centres or trading floors. You'll be responsible for maintaining and upgrading electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety across our client sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRespond to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA timelines.\nMaintain and repair modular UPS systems and diagnose power quality issues.\nConduct risk-focused maintenance and monitor critical systems.\nProvide emergency response and escalate urgent issues.\nComplete reactive Helpdesk requests and ensure documentation is up to date.\nUndertake site surveys, produce method statements and risk assessments.\nInstall and upgrade plant equipment and interpret technical drawings.\nMonitor environmental conditions and equipment loading.\nEnsure compliance with financial and health & safety processes.\nPrepare incident reports and root cause analyses for system outages.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nEssential:\n\n18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations certification.\n\nDesirable:\n\nExperience with BMS, HVAC systems, chilled water circuits, and chilled beams.\nUnderstanding of CDM processes and H&S procedures (COSHH, Risk Assessments, etc.).\nHealth & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH).\nTesting and inspection of electrical systems.\nFamiliarity with emergency response protocols.\nAuthorised Person certification (e.g., AP15/12).\nWater hygiene knowledge (L8).\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nWork with a global leader in real estate services.\nBe part of a supportive and professional team.\nOpportunities for career development and training.\nCompetitive salary and benefits package
