A Facilities Management industry is searching for an Electrical Engineer in Manchester, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of electrical systems.
The Role
As the Electrical Engineer, you’ll:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works in line with contractual SLAs. Maintain, fault-find, and repair electrical systems including LV distribution boards, lighting and emergency systems, and UPS systems. Provide electrical maintenance support to building services plant, including Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units. Carry out basic mechanical tasks such as filter changes and belt checks where required. To be successful in the role of Electrical Engineer, you’ll bring:
Relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a facilities management environment. Solid understanding of electrical systems, including LV distribution and emergency lighting. Good troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintenance. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively. What's in it for you?
