We're currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services provider on a static site in the White City area. This is a great opportunity to work within a small, stable team across a cluster of modern buildings.

The Role

Working as part of a 2-person team, you'll be responsible for the maintenance of landlord areas across a portfolio of small building right next to each other, predominantly office space with one residential building (landlord plant only).

Duties

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
Maintaining electrical systems across landlord areas
Working on plant including LV panels, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and basic HVAC equipment
Fault finding on building services plant and associated controls
Supporting general building services maintenance where required
Logging works and updating the CAFM system
Working closely with the Lead Engineer on site Requirements

Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
Experience in building services / commercial maintenance
Good working knowledge of CAFM systems
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well within a small team Package

Salary: £48,000 - £50,000
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
Static site in White City
