New Job Opportunity - HV Electrical Engineer - 12 Month Contract - Based in Glasgow Location: Glasgow – Hybrid Contract: 12 Months ongoing Inside IR35 Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience Essential experience: High Voltage Electrical Engineering Summary of the Role The Electrical Engineer (High Voltage) will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team within the Approval Authority. The primary purpose of the role is to directly support current operations and future programmes in respect to the high voltage system requirements, supporting nuclear facilities & the delivery of services across both of Our client's Defence sites. The team consists of Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical and Naval Architects who are responsible for the authorship, development, assessment, and maintenance of Engineering Design Substantiation for Our Client's Nuclear Facilities, ensuring Design Intent, Critical Safety Factors and Safety and Operational Requirements are met and are consistent with current good practice and legislative/regulatory requirements.
