An excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join an award-winning further education institution with outstanding facilities and a strong reputation for engineering excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-quality Electrical and Electronic Engineering education to the next generation of engineers, with a particular focus on electrical power systems.

The college has invested heavily in modern, industry-standard facilities and is seeking a qualified lecturer with previous teaching experience within Electrical Engineering or a related discipline to strengthen their delivery team.

You will be responsible for delivering both practical and theoretical sessions across Electrical Engineering programmes, supporting apprentices and full-time learners to achieve their qualifications and develop industry-ready skills.

The Role:

* Deliver Electrical / Electronic Engineering curriculum with a focus on electrical power * Teach both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory * Support and assess learners across college and apprenticeship programmes * Contribute to curriculum development and learner progress tracking * 37-hour working week, Monday to Friday

The Person:

* Previous teaching or lecturing experience within Electrical Engineering or a related field * Strong background in Electrical Engineering (Power systems desirable) * Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to hold/maintain one where applicable) * Confident delivering both practical and theoretical content in an FE environment * Passionate about developing the next generation of engineers Keywords:
