Job Title: Electrical Engineering Trainer


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in engineering, design, systems integration, and industrial security for diverse audiences, from introductory to advanced levels.
  • Translate complex engineering and technical standards into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
  • Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in industrial technology, automation, security practices, and engineering tools, integrating them into updated training content and new modules.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and clarifying challenging engineering concepts.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Must be a UK resident with a valid work permit.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in applying and interpreting engineering concepts
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in training or instructional role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective technical training programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of current industry standards, interpretations, and practical application.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Able to perform well in high-pressure situations and adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
