Are you an ambitious Electrical Estimator, ready for the opportunity to join a Tier One M&E Building Services Engineering contractor take ownership of complete tender processes?


Due to continued growth, a well-established M&E Building Services Contractor with a turnover exceeding £100 million is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Estimator. With a very healthy project pipeline, you will be joining a business at the forefront of the MEP building services engineering industry. This role is ideal for a commercially aware Electrical Estimator, keen to play a key role in securing major projects from pre-construction through to tender submission.


Key requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within M&E building services.
  • A strong track record of pricing large-scale electrical projects.
  • Exposure to sectors such as commercial office, residential, or infrastructure.
  • A solid understanding of tender processes, cost planning, and value engineering.
  • The ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of current market rates and supply chain.


This position offers clear progression into senior leadership, alongside the opportunity to play a key role within a growing MEP building services contractor.
