This role is hybrid with office-based four days a week in Croughton and one day working from home. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects across various sectors.
* Review tender documentation, specifications, drawings, and scope of works.
* Conduct take-offs from drawings and specifications.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and rates.
* Prepare and submit tender submissions and proposals.
* Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings when required.
* Work closely with the contracts team to ensure a smooth handover from estimation to delivery.
* Analyse cost and profitability of completed projects to improve future estimates.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, with at least 2 year in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and current regulations.
