Your new company A well-established and reputable Electrical Contractor based in Dungannon is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join their commercial team. With over 40 years of experience, the company has built a strong track record in delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including Commercial, Education, Industrial, and Maintenance. Your new role Review and interpret tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, to develop accurate tender bids. Prepare and deliver competitive tender submissions within required timeframes. Engage with the supply chain to source competitive and compliant quotations. Identify opportunities for value engineering and incorporate them into bids. Participate in mid-and post-tender meetings as needed. Collaborate closely with the project delivery team to ensure smooth handovers to preconstruction and contracts managers. What you'll need to succeed At least 2 years of experience in electrical estimating or a related role. Solid knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices, ideally supported by an apprenticeship or HNC/HND qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Trimble estimating software is a plus. Strong commercial acumen and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
