Role: Electrical Field Service Engineer

Location: Field Based

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer to carry out service, maintenance, inspection, and retrofit work for customers across the UK.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, technically capable, and comfortable working independently on a variety of industrial sites.

Responsibilities include:

Service, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems on industrial sites
Fault-finding and diagnostics on electrical equipment and systems
Retrofit and installation work, including actuator and control system upgrades
Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and compliance standards
Completing accurate service reports and documentation
Liaising with customers on-site in a professional manner
Travelling to client sites across the UK and staying away when required

Skills & Experience:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds)
Inspection & Testing qualification (2391)
Strong electrical fault-finding skills
Full UK Driving Licence
