About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components and systems in line with technical specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit electrical components and wiring systems
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Install electrical systems in industrial or commercial environments
• Carry out testing, fault-finding, and diagnostics
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs as required
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter or similar role
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or installation (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• ECS/CSCS card (if applicable)
• Testing and inspection certification
