Job Title: Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer
Location: Central London (Zones 1–3)
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of sites across Central London.

This role involves working across a mix of corporate office buildings and residential landlord areas, as part of a well-established 3-person foot mobile team.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
• Electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, power and lighting systems.
• Supporting general building services maintenance across multiple sites.
• Fault finding and diagnosing issues within commercial environments.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.
• Travelling between sites across Zones 1–3 (expenses covered).

Package:

• £38,000 – £42,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday working hours (8am–5pm)
• Regular overtime available (minimum 2 weekends per month)

Requirements:

• Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
• Experience within building services or commercial maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
