Turnpower Services are looking to add a new office based Administrative Assistant to their ever expanding electrical division. The successful candidate will be joining an existing team & will be offered full support & training in their new role. Applicants will need to have previous experience of working in a administrative role & have experience using computers & different operating systems. *Job role duties & responsibilities are as follows.** To audit engineer job reports on daily schedules. * To ensure all relevant information is recorded to allow jobs to be efficiently invoiced. * To monitor client CAFM systems to ensure jobs are being correctly processed. * To accurately capture engineers daily & weekly timesheets. * Liaise directly with engineers & in-house team. * Liaise with clients to provide updates & scheduling tasks. * Assist electrical department with ad-hoc tasks.
