About the roleWe're looking for a motivated Electrical Improver to join our growing team. You'll work alongside experienced electricians across commercial and domestic projects, developing your practical skills and working towards your full qualification. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and genuine career progression. Candidates must be willing and able to work away from home as required by project demands.Key dutiesAssisting with first and second fix installationsCable containment and wiring runsInstalling sockets, switches, and luminairesSupporting fault finding and testingReading wiring diagrams and schematicsMaintaining a clean, safe site at all timesLiaising with site supervisors and clientsKeeping records and completing paperwork accuratelyWhat we're looking forCompleted or working towards NVQ Level 3AM2 or equivalent experience18th Edition preferredValid CSCS cardFull UK driving licenceWilling to work away from homeStrong work ethicGood communication skillsWillingness to learnFull Uk Driving LicenseJBRP1_UKTJ
