Great Long term position with a lovely inner London Borough working within their property team client side overseeing the electrical engineering works and inspections there of across the borough portfolio - Joining a robust team of electrical engineers responsible for 2,500 residential blocks, 35,000+ dwellings, 89+ high-rises in a collaborative environment focused on safety and compliance

Key elements:

Key member of Engineering Building Services Team.
Deliver cyclical replacement electrical projects:
- Emergency Lighting Systems
- Door Entry Installations
- CCTV & Security Infrastructure
- Lateral Supplies
- Electrical Mains Distribution
- Column Estate LightingResponsibilities:

Oversee inspections from design to delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Maintain CPD and produce technical reports.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersMinimum Requirements

Significant experience in electrical technical industry.
Strong commercial aptitude and professional standing.
Computer literate; able to produce technical reports.
Experience in electrical contracting or consultancy (social housing)
Essential Skills
 Proficient in written & verbal communication
 Proficient in MS Office Packages (Word/Outlook/Excel)
 Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
