Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (HVAP)Location:Northolt, MiddlesexPackage:Up to £50,000 Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmOut of hours schedule:1 in 8 weeks Call Out + Attending ShutdownsAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally with HV experience, to join our clients team covering a commercial campus in Northolt, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an esteemed facilities company that values quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems.Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, UPS, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.Undertake HVAP training, performing switching tasks as per schedule.Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Participate in a 1 in 8 call-out rota to provide emergency support.Participate in site shutdowns quarterlyRequirements:Required: Minimum Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Engineering plus 18th EditionProven experience in a similar M&E maintenance role.Strong knowledge of commercial building systems.Acknowledgment that HV switching will be expected in this roleAbility to work independently and manage your workload effectively.If you feel you will be a great match to this position, then please apply to await a call from one of the team here at Invictus.
