Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (HVAP) Location: Northolt, Middlesex Package: Up to £50,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Out of hours schedule: 1 in 8 weeks Call Out + Attending Shutdowns
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally with HV experience, to join our clients team covering a commercial campus in Northolt, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an esteemed facilities company that values quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems. Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems. Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, UPS, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
