My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.\n\nSome of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:\n\n * Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.\n\n * Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors\n\nQualifications Required\n\n * City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations\n\n * 18th Edition\n\n * AM2\n\nWith a great salary of £41,000 a chance to do an abundance of over time.
