Job DescriptionElectrical Maintenance Engineer – Liverpool Street, London - Up to £45,000 Per Annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Liverpool Street, London. I am currently recruiting for an electrical maintenance engineer to be based at a commercial building in Liverpool Street, London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance covering all Landlord services.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site as part of a 3 person team.

\n Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) \n

Emergency lighting \n

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) \n

Chillers - Re-set \n

Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) \n

Plumbing - Unblocking toilets \n

BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) \n

UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings \n

General building fabric \n

Hours of work

Monday to Friday, Split Days - (40 hour week)

\n Week 1 - 07:00am to 16:00pm \n

Week 2 - 10:00am to 19:00pm \n

Requirements

\n Electrically Qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 \n

City & Guilds - 18th Edition \n

A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance \n

Installation experience \n

Excellent customer service skills \n

Happy to cover a large site \n

Honest, hard working and reliable \n

Package

\n Up to £45,000 per annum \n

Overtime available \n

20 days holiday + BH \n
