Job DescriptionElectrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Cannon Street, London – Tenants Side – Up to £45,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity to join an established building services provider based at a law firm site near Cannon Street, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work within a tenants' side environment, supporting the on-site maintenance team.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3) with a strong background in facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building services. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and clear opportunities for career progression.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 am – 19:00 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
\n
Electrical maintenance, including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, and control panels
\n
Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
\n
Monitor and operate BMS systems (hot & cold checks)
\n
Maintain and update site logbooks and compliance records
\n
Carry out basic plumbing works, including unblocking toilets
\n
Monitor and maintain pumps and motors
\n
Ensure all work is completed in a professional and timely manner
\n
Support the wider maintenance team when required
\n
Package:

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Requirements:
\n
Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (essential)
\n
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
\n
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
Multi-skilled with basic mechanical knowledge
\n
Strong communication and client-facing skills
\n
Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
\n
