Electrical Maintenance Engineer\n\nCity of London\nMonday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm\n£48,000 per annum\n25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation offering job security, overtime opportunities, training, and genuine career progression.\n\nThis is a Monday–Friday role with no weekend shift pattern, providing an excellent work-life balance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)\n\n * \n\n Maintenance and fault finding on:\n\n * \n\n AHUs (Air Handling Units)\n\n * \n\n FCUs (Fan Coil Units)\n\n * \n\n Emergency Lighting systems\n\n * \n\n 3 Phase Motors\n\n * \n\n Conducting Fire Alarm Tests\n\n * \n\n Performing Sprinkler system tests\n\n * \n\n Electrical fault finding and reactive maintenance\n\n * \n\n Ensuring all statutory compliance tasks are completed and logged\n\n * \n\n Working in line with health & safety regulations\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n\n * \n\n Experience within commercial building services maintenance\n\n * \n\n Strong fault-finding abilities\n\n * \n\n Experience working on 3 phase systems\n\n * \n\n Good understanding of compliance and statutory testing\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * \n\n £48,000 basic salary\n\n * \n\n Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (40-hour week)\n\n * \n\n 25 days annual leave + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Company pension scheme\n\n * \n\n Overtime available\n\n * \n\n Ongoing training and development\n\n * \n\n Clear progression opportunities\n\nIf you are an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role within the City of London, apply today to be considered
