You’ll be trusted to diagnose, fix and improve critical machinery, not just patch it up - in a site that relies on engineering done properly.

Your responsibilities as Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Maintain and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves and bearings across site
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults quickly to minimise downtime
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
Fault find on Allen Bradley PLC systems (no programming required)
Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and solutions
Participate in a 1 in 4 call-out rota providing out-of-hours engineering support
What we’re looking for in an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
17th Edition minimum (18th Edition )
Previous experience in heavy industrial electrical and mechanical environments
Strong fault-finding capability across electrical systems and machinery
Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment (Allen Bradley desirable)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7:30am – 5:00pm (with 1 in 4 on-call rota)
