Electrical Engineer – Leicester – £40,000 + 1-in-4 Call Out\n\nThe Opportunity:\nWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established FM services provider for a Static Electrical Engineer based at a large, high-profile commercial site in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer seeking a stable, site-based role with consistent work and a competitive package.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on site\n• Fault-finding and repair of electrical systems and equipment\n• Working on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and basic building services\n• Ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems\n• Completing all works in line with health & safety and compliance standards\n• Liaising with on-site management and other engineering teams\n\nRequirements:\n• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial or FM environment\n• Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)\n• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\n• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n• Salary of £40,000 per annum\n• 1-in-4 call-out rota with additional payments\n• Excellent company benefits package\n• Long-term, secure position with a reputable FM provider
