Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Canary Wharf – £48,000 + Overtime + Benefits\nLocation: Canary Wharf, East London\nSalary: £48,000 per annum\nShifts: Monday to Friday (07:00-16:00 or 09:00-18:00)\nBenefits: Overtime, Pension Scheme, Training & Progression, 25 Days Annual Leave\nAbout the Role\nWe’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large commercial building in Canary Wharf, East London.\nYou’ll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n * \n Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment.\n * \n Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.\n * \n Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems.\n * \n Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.\n * \n Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.\nRequirements\n * \n City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering.\n * \n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.\n * \n Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment.\n * \n Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently on shift.\n * \n Good communication and teamwork skills.\nWhat’s on Offer\n * \n £48,000 per annum\n * \n Monday to Friday, Split Day Shifts (changes weekly)\n * \n Overtime opportunities\n * \n Company pension scheme\n * \n Life insurance cover\n * \n 25 days annual leave\n * \n Comprehensive training and career progression opportunities\nIf you’re an Electrical Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role in central London, take the next step in your career by clicking 'Apply Now
