The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will join a brand-new, state-of-the-art FMCG super site in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. You will work within a highly skilled engineering team maintaining and repairing advanced production and automation equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your electrical and mechanical skills, gain tailored training, and progress your career as the company continues to expand its UK operations. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role offers exposure to modern manufacturing technology and a fast-paced production environment aiming for world-class manufacturing standards.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias • Minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification • Experience in factory, industrial, or automated warehousing environments • Comfortable working rotating days and nights

Essential Requirements

• Strong electrical fault finding and maintenance skills • Experience with motors, drives, sensors, relays, and automation equipment • Ability to carry out planned and reactive maintenance • Experience in fast-paced production environments

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing • Knowledge of PLC fault finding • Experience with automated production or packaging equipment
