Electrical Maintenance Engineer Mobile London Immediate Start 6 Month FTC Potential Perm

InVictus is currently looking for a Electrical engineer to join a large FM provider on a contract covering sites North London and Hertfordshire. A van and fuel card will be provided. My client based in the facilities maintenance industry is looking for a confident outgoing engineer that can use his/her own initiative to produce results. The position is a fixed contract for 6 months before reviewing to go permanent.

SalaryThe rate of pay for this position is £45,000 pro rotad for the 6 month period.

Work HoursMonday to Friday 8am 5pm. There may also be opportunities to join the on-call rota with overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed
  • Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls
  • Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
  • Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance
  • This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large portfolio.

Requirements

  • Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services.
  • Musthave 17thor 18thedition
  • Musthave Level 3 Electrical installation
  • Mustbe well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
  • Musthave a driving licence and no more than 6 points on your licence
