What You’ll Be Doing Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work meets health, safety, and environmental standards. Lead the weekly maintenance schedule in your area. Manage and develop a team of tradespeople and apprentices, ensuring competency and high performance. Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing isolation procedures, investigating incidents, and ensuring proper training. Drive reliability-focused initiatives and lead site reliability projects using lean principles. Support fault diagnosis and provide technical training to the maintenance team. Manage external contractors to meet safety, cost, time, and quality expectations. Contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures.
