Were recruiting a PPM M&E Engineer to join our award-winning Facilities Management team.

• OTE up to £60,000 (including overtime, bonus & enhancements)

• Base salary: £37,658 £42,432 per annum (depending on experience)

• No call-out or weekend working

Youll be mobile, travelling between sites carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a retail-focused portfolio.

Your work will include PPM activities on:

• Air Conditioning

• Heating & Heat Pumps

• Electrical services & emergency lighting

• Some refrigeration-biased PPM tasks (training provided)

During seasonal PPM freeze periods, youll support the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams.

This is an autonomous role where youll take ownership of planned maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs, while confidently delivering a range of mechanical and electrical tasks.

• Full UK Driving Licence

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical

• 18th Edition

• Unvented Hot Water

• Strong HVAC & plumbing knowledge

• Experience within a retail or commercial environment

• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting

• Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems (desirable)
