Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (HVAP)

Location: Harrow, Greater London

Package: Up to £50,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Out of hours schedule: 1 in 7 weeks Call Out + Attending Shutdowns

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally with HV experience, to join our client’s team covering a commercial campus in Harrow, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an esteemed facilities company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & basic mechanical systems.

* Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.

* Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, UPS, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.

* Undertake HVAP training, performing switching tasks as per schedule.

* Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.

* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Participate in a 1 in 7 call-out rota to provide emergency support.

* Participate in site shutdowns quarterly

Requirements:

* Required: Minimum Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Engineering plus 18th Edition

* Proven experience in a similar M&E maintenance role.

* Strong knowledge of commercial building systems.

* Acknowledgment that HV switching will be expected in this role

* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
