Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Anwick, Lincolnshire (Near Sleaford / Lincoln / Grantham / Newark) Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 + Overtime + Benefits Shift: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights – 12 Hour Shifts)
The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing, fast-paced manufacturing site in Anwick.
This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll provide front-line engineering support, working across a wide range of modern production equipment.
You’ll be responsible for fault finding, breakdown response, and planned maintenance, playing a key role in improving reliability, uptime, and OEE performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to electrical breakdowns and plant stoppages quickly and safely
* Carry out fault finding on industrial electrical systems (single & three-phase)
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Maintain and repair production machinery to maximise uptime
* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
* Work with internal teams and external engineers on complex faults
* Ensure compliance with H&S, COSHH and safe systems of work
* Record all maintenance activity using SAP / CMMS systems
Candidate Requirements
* Time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
* Background in manufacturing, industrial or FMCG environments
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience with motors, drives, sensors, control systems
* Knowledge of CMMS / SAP systems desirable
* Calm under pressure with a proactive approach
