Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Weekly Rotation (7:00am–4:00pm / 9:00am–6:00pm)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Engineer to join a facilities team based at an aerospace site in Farnborough.

This is a client-facing role within a high-spec, professional environment, requiring a well-presented and customer-focused engineer who can work independently while maintaining high standards of compliance and service delivery.

Role Overview:

*

Working within a specialist aerospace facility environment.

*

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works.

*

Supporting minor mechanical tasks where required.

*

Managing permits to work and ensuring compliance with site procedures.

*

Completing all documentation and maintenance records accurately.

*

Adhering to company procedures, including PPM scheduling and compliance paperwork.

*

Representing the business professionally in a client-facing capacity.

Required Skills and Experience:

*

Full UK Driving Licence.

*

Clear DBS (or ability to pass).

*

Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

*

Strong understanding of building services within a commercial environment.

*

Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload effectively.

*

Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

*

C&G 2391 (Inspection & Testing).

*

IPAF and/or PASMA.

*

Basic mechanical knowledge.
