We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services provider at a prestigious site in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer seeking a stable Monday–Friday role with strong benefits, career development, and progression opportunities.

The Role: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a modern commercial property. You will ensure all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the smooth operation of the site.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday

* 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works

* Fault finding on electrical systems and associated plant

* Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems

* Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations

* Liaising with site management and subcontractors when required

Requirements:

* Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* 18th Edition (essential)

* Previous experience in commercial building maintenance

* Strong fault-finding ability and proactive approach

* Good communication and teamwork skills

Package:

* Salary: £47,000 per annum

* Overtime available
