Are you a time served electrical maintenance engineer or apprentice trained looking for a new opportunity? Working for a worldwide well-known brand in North Birmingham, the company manufacturers niche products in a heavy industrial setting!.
Reporting to the engineering manager your duties will include;
" Complete permits to work and risk assessments, assessing all risks involved in the work to be undertaken
" Ensure safe systems of work are applied, adhered to and followed out consistently
" Support and achieve Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Plant
" Improvement initiatives, Installation projects, statutory inspections, factory services and any other duties required to ensure plant safety, performance, improvement and operation
" Experience in heavy motorised and hydraulic plant operations with experience of rolling mills/ extractions moulding or press shop would be highly regarded
" Supervision of external contractors and service providers
" Interact with all stakeholders at any level within the business on a daily basis to resolve
